Steven John Whitehead, 1971 – 2020

Steven John Whitehead passed away Monday, Jan. 13, 2020. He was 49 years old.

Steven was a life-long resident of Vicksburg, Miss. He was a member of Life Church in Vicksburg. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Samuel C. Whitehead.

He is survived by his wife Balinda Ashley Whitehead; sons John Whitehead, Leland Whitehead, Craig Vickers (Tiffany), Chad Vickers (Heatherly), Jonathan Whitley, and Jarret Whitley (Jori); brothers Donnie Whitehead, Michael Whitehead, Casey Whitehead, and Sam Whitehead, father Sandy Whitehead; mother Linda Evans; paternal grandmother Shirley Faye Whitehead; Tracie Nevels mother of Craig and Chad; grandchildren Makinzee, Laikynn, Jacob, Saylor, Jaxon, Jonah, Bexlie, Hayden, Nick, Nathan and Riley.

Visitation will be Saturday, Jan. 18, 2020, at Life Church on Fisher Ferry Rd. from 1 until 2 p.m., and services will start at 2 p.m. with Rev. Roger Cresswell officiating.
