Three athletes advance to the National AAU Meet in Iowa

Three track and field athletes will now advance to the National AAU Meet in Iowa after placing in the top three on Saturday at Southeast Louisiana.

Adria Burrell(Warren Central)came in first place in the 100 meter dash where she finished with a time of 12:19 among the 15-16 year olds.

Shedrick Rodgers(Raymond High) finished in second place in the 400 M dash with a time of 47:64 as he competed with the 17-18 year olds.

Shayne Reason(Raymond)came in second place in the 400 hurdles against the 15-16 year olds with a time of 63:6.

All three athletes run for the Olympus Bound AAU Team under Head Coach Michael Fields.
