Three local athletes received All-MACCC honors

Three local athletes have received All-MACCC honors on Monday.

Warren Central High School graduates Brandon Gilliam and Trey Hall both made the All-MACCC Second-Team.

Gilliam completed 16 of 23 field goals and 34 of 35 PATs for Copiah-Lincoln Community College. He also helped the Wolves to a 9-2 season.

Hall starred at running back for Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College where they finished with a 8-2 record. He finished the season with 883 rushing yards and seven touchdowns.

Malik Sims, another WC graduate, grabbed 40 tackles and one interception before being injured midway through the season. He played for Mississippi Delta Community College and received Honorable Mention honors.
