Two suspects arrested for felony shoplifting at Home Depot

Vicksburg police arrested two suspects on charges of felony shoplifting from Home Depot in separate incidents.

Jason Ferguson, 39, of Vicksburg, was charged in connection with two incidents that occurred March 13 and June 23.

Ferguson appeared in Vicksburg Municipal Court Friday, July 31, where Judge Penny Lawson set his bond at $25,000 per count and bound him over to the Warren County grand jury.

Officers arrested Willie Peoples, 41, of Vicksburg, Monday, Aug. 3, in connection with a July 17 theft.

Judge Angela Carpenter with the Vicksburg Municipal Court set his bond at $20,000 the same day, and she bound over to the Warren County grand jury.
