USM to face South Alabama on September 4

VICKSBURG, Miss. (Vicksburg Daily News) – University of Southern Mississippi (USM) football is set to take on South Alabama on September 4 in Mobile, Alabama.

The Golden Eagles will be led by first year head coach Will Hall who joined the team from the University of Tulane.

Both USM and the Jaguars have local players on their teams such as Demarcus Jones and Braden Moody. Jones will be playing for the Golden Eagles while Moody stars for South Alabama.

USM will be aiming to turn around their program after going 2-5 in the 2020 season.

VDN will keep all fans updated in the September kick-off.
