Utica man killed in overnight crash

Mississippi Highway patrol is investigating a fatal single-vehicle crash in Hinds County that took place Sunday night.

Monshon Dixon, 41, of Utica was driving west on Highway 18 when he left the roadway and hit a guard rail at around 11:45 p.m.

Dixon died at the scene of the crash.

Troopers say the accident is still under investigation.
