Vehicle catches flames on Ken Karyl Avenue

Shortly after noon, a vehicle fire was reported on Ken Karyl Avenue, near Military Avenue.
EMA-1, John Elfer and EMA 2, Tracey Porter were the first to arrive on the scene, along with Vicksburg police.
The fire seemed to be contained to the engine compartment. Neighbors assisted with water hoses while other firefighter units were en route.
No injuries have been reported.
