Verna Aylene Strittman Cranfield went to be with the lord on Thursday, January 28, 2021. She was 88 years old.
Verna was born on February 25, 1932 to John and Katie Strittman. Verna was a member of Utica Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband Dewey Cranfield, Sr.; brothers James Strittman, Rufus Strittman, and Paul Strittman; sister Annie Mae Emfinger.
Sheis survived by her son Dewey Cranfield, Jr.; daughter Darlene Hopper; 4 grandchildren, 7 great- grandchildren, 2 great great- grandchildren; sister Claudine Smith; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held Monday, at 2:00 P.M. at Utica Cemetery. Rev. Billy Hopper will be officiating.
