Vicksburg resident arrested for grand larceny

Davonte Buck, 25, of Vicksburg, was arrested on Friday and charged with grand larceny.

According to a press release from the Vicksburg Police Department, Buck was seen on video surveillance stealing a purse from an employee at the Dollar General at 4000 Highway 61 South.

Buck appeared in Vicksburg Municipal Court on Friday and was given a $45,000 bond by Judge Penny Lawson.

His case was bound over to the Warren County Grand Jury.
