Vicksburg High School quarterback Shakori Regan is returning Friday to play for the first time this season as the the Gators travel to play Biloxi.

Regan, who has been the Gators’ starting quarterback since last season, was out with an injured wrist, causing him to miss the Red Carpet Bowl last Friday. Teammate Laurence Sullivan filled in for Regan in the 17-0 loss against Warren Central where VHS mostly ran the football most of the night.

Regan had a decent year in 2019 in his first year as a starter. He threw for 12 touchdowns and ran for 686 yards with eight rushing touchdowns.
