Vicksburg man indicted on gun and drug charge

Devontae Montgomery has been indicted on weapon and drug charge in Warren County.

On count one, Montgomery is charged with possession of a controlled substance with an attempt to distribute. His second charge is possession of a weapon after a felony conviction.

Montgomery is already a convicted felon after a 2014 conviction of accessory after the fact of second degree murder.
