Vicksburg Optimist Club donates goodies to Vicksburg police and Warren County deputies

Vicksburg Optimist Club (VOC) gifted members of the Vicksburg Police and Warren County Sheriff’s Department with snacks to thank them for all the hard work they do for our community.
VOC members Bethany and Eddie Walls traveled to both departments on Thursday to deliver the gift baskets, where law enforcement were happy to accept the generous donation.
In recent times, relationships between law enforcement and the public have been strained, and the officers were touched to receive kindness, gratitude and support. The gesture definitely brightened up their day.
The Vicksburg Optimist Club is nonprofit organization that works heavily in empowering the the youth of our community.
