VPD asks public for help locating missing man

The Vicksburg Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man.
26-year-old Johnny Sims IV was last seen on Wednesday, July 20 on Bayou Blvd wearing a yellow shirt. He is 6’1″ and weighs 170 pounds.
Sims has several tattoos on his arms and chest, including the name ‘Keisha’ on his inner right forearm.
