VPD responds to residential and auto burglaries Thursday

The Vicksburg Police Department reports the following incidents occurred Thursday, Jan. 7.

At 8:57 a.m. officers responded to a residence on Kings Drive in reference to a residential burglary. The resident stated that someone broke the bedroom window and entered the apartment but nothing was taken.

At 9:57 a.m. officers responded to an address on Clay Street in reference to an auto burglary. The victim reported someone went into her vehicle, stealing a Michael Kors purse and $100 cash.
