Two men are wanted in Vicksburg for the murder of 26-year-old Fayette native, Kelvion Winston.

The two suspects, 28-year-old Quenterious “Woosie” Williams and 31-year-old Bryant Williams, are currently on the run.

Police Chief Penny Jones verified that both suspects were identified through social media video footage, and the incident occurred due to a gambling dispute gone wrong.

“Officers were in the area on patrol when someone flagged them down and informed them that this young man had been shot,” Jones said.

Quenterious Williams had recently served time for the 2013 murder of Jules Humphrey, who was shot in the head. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison followed by five years on probation.

Both Bryant and Quenterious may have left the Vicksburg area, but if anyone knows their whereabouts, they should call the VPD at 601-636-2511 or MS Crimestoppers at 800-355-8477.
