Warren Central High School won the “Fun in the Sun” swim meet on Tuesday

Warren Central High School won the “Fun in the Sun” swim meet on Tuesday afternoon.

The Vikings finished in first place with a combined score of 101, followed by West Jones(90), St. Aloysius(88) and Vicksburg High School(22).

Girls:

West Jones(67) finished in first place on the girl’s side and the Lady Vikes came in second(48). The Lady Flashes brought in 43 points.

Boys:

WC came in first place with 53 points and the Flashes had 45. West Jones brought in 23 points and VHS 22.

Highlights from the meet:

1. Jacob Byrd-1st place in 500 free

2. Noah Jones-1st place 50 free and 2nd place in 100 yard breaststroke.

3. Ashtin Wallace-1st place in the individual medley and 1st place in 100 fly.

4. James McKenna-2nd place in the 200 free and backstroke.

5. Chloe Barnard-Second place in the 50 freestyle.

6. Jenna Moulder-1st place in the 100 fly and second place in the 100 yard breaststroke.

7. Kara Rowe-1st place in the 500 free.

8. Katie Wallace-3rd place in the 200&100 free.

9. Ace Orosco-2nd place in the 100 free and 3rd place in the 100 breaststroke.

10. Alex Rowe-2nd place in the 500 free.

11. Thomas Kilroy-2nd place in the 50 free.

12. Marktaus Berry-5th place in the 50 free.

13. Katelyn Clark-1st place in 200 yard free.

14. 1st place in 200 yard free

15. Luke Larson- 2nd place in 200 yard fly.

16. Matthew Busby-1st place in the 100 yard free.
