The Warren Central Vikings suffered their first loss of the season to Clinton Friday night as the Arrows won 31-16.

The Vikings had a 10-3 lead at halftime after Kentrick Thompson threw a 63-yard touchdown pass to Antwaun Calvin. Kicker Josh Griffin also nailed a 25-yard field goal for WC.

Warren Central wouldn’t score again until the fourth quarter when Tre Hall scored on a 12-yard run.

Clinton profited from a turnover on a punt that was dropped by the Vikings and recovered by the Arrows. The turnover put Clinton in great field position to score.

The Vikings remain one of the top teams in the state even after last nights loss.
