Watch: Rose Garden Ceremony hosted at American Legion Post 3

The Rose Garden Ceremony took place at 11 a.m. Thursday at American Legion Post 3 after being relocated due to weather.
Vicksburg Mayor George Flaggs, Jr. delivered the Proclamation. U.S. Army Colonel Robert A. Hilliard was honored as Veterans Day Speaker for this years ceremony.
