WC grabbed district wins over Ridgeland

Warren Central High School soccer teams both defeated Ridgeland on Tuesday to earn district wins.

Lady Vikes:

WC earned a late goal by Jordan Polk with just four minutes left in the game to grab a 1-0 win over the Titans. Hayleigh Simmons came away with seven saves as WC now has a 8-3 record along with being 3-0 in the district under Head Coach Jeremy Lawrence.

Boys:

The boys also grabbed a 1-0 win after Tyler Godshaw scored the lone goal with the assist coming from Jonah Artman. The Vikings are now 9-3 and 3-0 in the district under Head Coach Greg Head.

The Vikings will travel to play Germantown on December 21.
