WC knocks off Madison Central 6-1

Warren Central High School’s baseball team defeated former state champs Madison Central on Saturday.

WC popped things off early with a two run score after Jack Wright doubled. He finished the game with three RBIs as well as going 2 for 4 at the plate.

Kyla Landers went 2 for 2 at bat and Braxton McCurly, Bo Broome, and Blake Chanmell all collected a hit.

WC will host Richland on Tuesday.
