Warren Central High School ninth grade football team defeated Vicksburg 16-6 on Tuesday night.

KJ Wynn ran in two touchdowns for the Vikings as his offensive line did a good job of providing running lanes for the tailback.

Defensively, Layton Lee,Tristan Jamison and Jonas Moore each had a sack. Crishun Brown, Jaxon Boyd, Blake Caruthers and Fabian Davenport all grabbed multiple tackles. Lee had two fumble recoveries and EJ Mazie had an interception.

Wallys Curry scored the touchdown for the Gators and he also had nine tackles on the night.

WC will go on to play in the Little Six Championship against Brandon on Tuesday.
