WC’s Jenn Smith commits to Northwest Mississippi CC

Warren Central High School softball player Jenn Smith has now committed to playing at Northwest Mississippi Community College.

Smith made her announcement on social media on Wednesday where she informed everyone of her decision.

Smith, who is a junior for WC, had a outstanding sophomore season last year as she finished with a .917 fielding percentage, two errors, and .415 batting average. She also led the Lady Vikes to a 18-11 season with a trip to the first round of playoffs under Head Coach Dana McGivney.

Smith will begin her junior season in the spring as WC has returned nearly their full roster from last year.
