3:00 AM… The power went out here and was out for a brief time. We know that there are power outages in the area, please be safe. The rainfall here in the southern end of the county can only be described as torrential… our yard is flooded at this point in time and the lightning and thunder continue unabated…

The storm should continue into the daylight hours, but should start to leave 0ur area sometimes around the 10 o’clock hour. Please stay inside, if at all possible and listen to River 101 for the most recent weather details in the morning. We do not foresee any school closures at this time, but will keep you apprised if things change.
