A woman and unborn child are among the latest victims of gun violence.
According to a report by WLBT, a 23-year-old woman was shot multiple times on Beasley Road in Jackson Wednesday night. She was 8 months pregnant.
Both her and the unborn child are reported to have died at the scene.
Police say a man named Joseph Brown is one of the suspects involved in the shooting. According to reports, Brown and three unknown males followed the victim from a gas station in a silver BMW.
The BMW had Texas plates with the tag number PLY5622.
