Woman arrested for attempting to flee accident scene on Clay Street Friday

Around 10 p.m. Friday, there was a two car collision near 1400 Clay Street that badly damaged both vehicles involved. However, that didn’t stop one of the motorists from attempting to flee the scene of the accident. As a result, that person is now in the custody of Vicksburg Police.

One person was injured in this accident, though injuries are reportedly relatively minor, there is a possibility that their arm is broken.
