Woman avoids injuries as power pole traps her in vehicle

An incident at Sonic on 61 North left an individual, identified as Melissa Broome, briefly trapped inside of her vehicle.
A merchant truck snagged a power line which caused a pole to fall onto a vehicle in the parking lot.
Entergy is on site and has removed the fuse, which allows power to the restaurant, so that the area can be safely worked in.
Broome has been rescued from the vehicle and no injuries have been reported.
