11th Annual Fallen Officers Memorial Candlelight Vigil to be held Tuesday

On Tuesday, May 18, Attorney General Lynn Fitch and the Mississippi Association of Chiefs of Police will host a candlelight ceremony at the Mississippi Fallen Officers Memorial in Jackson, Miss. The ceremony follows National Police Week, which took place May 9 to May 15.
The event is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. and will include performances from New Jerusalem Choir, poetry readings, a 21 gun salute and more to honor the officers who gave the ultimate sacrifice for their community.
