VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) —

A 17-year-old Mississippi High School football player was shot and killed on Wednesday in Goodman, Mississippi.

The shooting happened at the intersection of Highway 14 and Highway 51 and Holmes County Central football player Clyzavion Landfair was identified as the deceased. Multiple reports indicate that the car Landfair was in was chased for about for about a quarter mile and 50-60 rounds were fired.

Three others have been injured in the shooting.
