Just Plain Fun
Gov. Reeves meets Harry Azcrac
Last updated:
An act of kindness has gone wrong, horribly wrong.
Gov. Tate Reeves has taken to reading the names of the state’s 2020 graduates live during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is a kind act meant to give a little love and glory to graduates who will not get to walk across the stage in front of their family and friends.
Yesterday’s list included a prank name, and the clip has gone viral. Watch it here:
The governor of Mississippi just read a list of 2020 HS graduates during virtual-graduation and someone slipped-in the name “Harry Azcrac” on him…😂🤣😭 pic.twitter.com/Pk6oOvZOXW

Reeves responded to the joke giving back as good as he got.
Harry’s submitter has a bright future as a Simpson’s writer!
In 10 minutes we’ll be honoring more graduates on Facebook Live. Maybe even Ben—the pride of the Dover family. https://t.co/Njw0GcNCXN

There is no word yet on the culprit. Some are upset, some are not.
