Vicksburg High School athlete Chris Williams has named as the Gators boy’s soccer team Most Valuable Player.

Williams was given the MVP award at the Gator Athletic Banquet, surrounded by teammates.

Since his sophomore season, Williams has led VHS in goals each year and finished with more productive stats, having a total of 19 goals in the 2020-2021 season. Williams once scored seven goals in a game against Raymond.

Williams committed to playing football at Millsaps College earlier this year.

The Vicksburg community will continue to cheer him on in his future success.
