Vehicle fire on Redhawk Road creates plume of smoke seen across town

Around 1:30 p.m. a vehicle fire was reported on Redhawk Road. A red Ford Mustang was seen on fire in front of a trailer park. The flames created a plume of black smoke visible from across town.

Warren County firefighters quickly arrived and were joined by Vicksburg Fire Department City Rescue Unit to collaborate on controlling the flames.

No injuries were reported in relation to the event. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
