A small RV caught fire next to a mobile home, threatening to spread to nearby structures on Wednesday afternoon.

The fire was reported just before 4:30 p.m. on Sammy Young Road, off of Highway 61 North.

Warren County firefighters responded including Fire Boss Jerry Briggs and 911 Coordinator Shane Garrard, as well as Warren County Sheriff deputies. Culkin Engine 205 arrived and within minutes, the fire was extinguished.

No one was injured in this incident, and the blaze was brought under control before it could cause significant damage to the home.
