PCA takes down Greenville Christian 11-1

Porter’s Chapel Academy got a 11-1 win over Greenville-Christian on Thursday.

PCA got on the board after Lawson Selby grounded out and led to DJ Smith getting the run score.

Taylor Labarre doubled in the third inning to help the Eagles go up 2-0 heading into the fourth.

The Eagles managed to get 11 hits on the night with Chase Hearn leading with three. Gavin Pugh and Labarre each got two. Laken Bradley and Pugh both finished with two RBIs. Labarre brought in three.

Gage Palmer contributed heavily on the mound as he struck out nine batters and only allowed one hit.

PCA (9-4) will travel to Benton Academy on Tuesday.
