AGCC Scholarship open to area students

A Group of Concerned Citizens has announced a Scholarship in the amount of $500 available to area students.
Students of Warren, Claiborne, Hinds, Madison and Rankin Counties are eligible to apply. In addition to being a student in one of the listed counties, students must also:
- Have a 3.0 GPA
- Be a graduating high school senior
- Received a college acceptance letter
- Complete a two-page essay discussing academic and career goals.
Documents required:
- Copy of transcript or latest report card
- College acceptance letter
- Two-page essay with cover page
