Former Vicksburg High School football player Nick Anderson continues to help lead Tulane as they defeated Army on Saturday 38-12.

Anderson had 3 tackles in the big game, which now gives Tulane a 5-4 record for the year and brings them one step closer to being eligible to play in a bowl game.

Anderson was also a team captain in Saturday’s victory. Since joining the Green Waves last season, he has improved his performance each week.

The Green Waves will face Tulsa on Thursday where Anderson will need to have another great performance to help Tulane to victory.
