Devonta Allen has been indicted in Warren County on two statutory rape charges.

Allen, who is 26-years-old, was arrested in October 2022 for the statutory rape of a victim under the age of 14.

Allen can negotiate a plea deal or take the case to trial at a later date after obtaining legal counsel.
