Flashes defeat Bayou Academy in double overtime

St. Aloysius boy’s soccer team got a big district win over Bayou Academy on Thursday night.

In the crucial 4-3 win, Cooper Madison had three goals with assists coming from John Ellis Montgomery. His other goals came from penalty kicks.

The game remained tight and went into double overtime.

Eli Shiers got the game winning score with an assist by Thomas Dowe to help the Flashes bring home the win.
