Gaston scored a career high in points on Sunday

Amber Gaston had a career high in points for Florida Atlantic women’s basketball team on Sunday.

In the 85-79 overtime loss to North Florida, Gaston scored 25 points. She also came down with 12 rebounds which made it her second double-double of the season.

The former Warren Central Viking has become a key asset to FAU over the years and is now in her final season with the team.

FAU will play again on Friday against Tulsa.
