Gators to host Cleveland Central on Friday

The Vicksburg High School football team will host Cleveland Central on Friday during the first round of the playoffs.

The Gators recently finished their regular season as district champions for the first time in 32 years with an overall 8-2 record (8-0 in district play) after defeating Holmes County Central 32-16 on Thursday.

Cleveland Central has a 5-6 record on the year and they are coming off a 42-12 win over Greenville High School.

Game time will begin at 7 p.m. at VHS.
