Multi-vehicle collision on Pemberton Boulevard

An multi-vehicle collision occurred on Pemberton Boulevard, near Captain D’s restaurant, just after noon on Friday.

Six individuals were transported to the hospital and both vehicles are being towed away from the scene as of the time of this reporting.

The Vicksburg Fire Department Engine 8 and the Vicksburg Police Department each responded to the scene.

Traffic is moving slow in the area so drivers should take an alternate route until the scene is clear.
