Ole Miss baseball team fell short of a victory on Friday against Arizona in a 9-3 loss.

TJ McCants led the Rebels at the plate and went 2 for 4 with two RBIs.

The Rebels only managed to get six hits throughout the entire match, taking a tough loss in game one.

Derek Diamond and Tyler Myers were on the mound for Ole Miss and combined for a total of four strikeouts.

The Rebels will have a chance for a rematch tonight at 9 p.m., which will be broadcast on ESPN2.
