St. Aloysius freshman girl’s basketball defeated Greenville St. Joe on Monday

St. Aloysius freshman girl’s basketball team grabbed a 38-10 win over Greenville St. Joe on Monday.

The Lady Flashes quickly took a 9-0 lead in the first quarter of play as Taryn Lusby, Gracie Griggs, and Olivia Larsen easily made baskets.

By halftime the Lady Flashes extended their lead to 24-2.

Lusby led the team with 13 points and Larsen added seven while Megan Theriot put up four on the night.

Anslee Averette, Elizabeth Bednar, Presley Bristler, Hendrix Eldridge, Marley Gibellino, Griggs and Maddie Rice all scored two points.
