Stuck 18-wheeler on I-20 causing traffic buildup

Just before 1:30 p.m., Vicksburg Daily News was alerted to a stuck 18-wheeler on Interstate 20 Eastbound.

The vehicle is reported to be in Hinds County, at around the 18-mile marker and has traffic backed up to Flowers.

The roadway around the scene is down to one lane.
