TJ Thompson scored the touchdown for the Vikings on Friday

TJ Thompson led the Warren Central Vikings football team in rushing during Friday’s 7-6 victory over Vicksburg High School.
Thompson finished with 101 rushing yards in the hard fought game where both defenses did everything they could to shutdown the run game. He also scored the Vikings only touchdown of the night on a five yard carry, which was followed up with an extra point made by Brandon Gilliam.
Thompson and the Vikings will have their home-opener this Friday against Germantown, where they will head into the match with a 2-0 season record.
