Two-vehicle collision with earlier entrapment reported on Clay/Adams

Shortly before 2 p.m. a two-vehicle collision was reported in the area of Clay and Adams Streets.

Initial reports indicated one vehicle was on its side someone entrapped within it. That person has since been evacuated from the vehicle.

Please take an alternate route if possible and allow first responders a safe area to work the scene.
