Vicksburg native Scott helped Alabama State to a win over Texas Southern on Saturday

Jeff Scott Jr. helped Alabama State University to a 24-21 win over Texas Southern on Saturday.

Scott played well defensively for ASU by coming up with five tackles on the day and helping secure the conference win.

ASU will wrap up their season on Thanksgiving when they take on Tuskegee.
