Vicksburg Junior High School cheerleaders had their summer camp showcase on Thursday. Members of the Alcorn State University cheerleading team pitched in to help.

The Missy Gators were able to learn a variety of cheers and stunts throughout the day with the help of instructors Kennedi Fitzgerald and Rogers Wesley.

Eight of the ladies, Xaria Williams, Gewel Porter, Tamiyah Davis, Cedrionna Blackmore, McKenley Williams, Raylyn Parson, Essence Perry and Amiyah Hall were named as All-Star Cheerleaders.

The Missy Gators are led by Coach Williams.
