Warren Central High School freshman cheerleaders went to the Universal Cheer Association Camp at Ole Miss last month and shined. The squad came back with both team and individual awards.

The Lady Vikes came in second place in both game day routine and camp routine. Mere’ Smith, Ja’Leyah Beman, Addilyn Wilson and Jamisen Cage were all named as All-Americans at the camp.

WC is led by first-year Head Coach Vanesha Harris who is a native of Beauregard, Mississippi and an alumnus of the Alcorn State University cheerleading team.
