VPD asks for public’s help locating two missing people

Sean Allen Matthews, 33, and Kennedi Hall, 16, have each been missing since Monday, Nov. 1.
Matthews was last seen leaving 1027 Buck Street and was headed to McDonald’s on Clay Street. He is 5’9″ and weighs 165 pounds. Matthews has numerous mental issues that could impair his judgement.
Hall was last seen leaving 200 Demby Drive just before 8 a.m. Monday. She was wearing black tights, a pink, white and blue shirt with a blue denim jacket. Hall is 5’2″ and weighs 136 pounds.
