WC defeats Ridgeland 6-5 and St. Al loss to Madison St. Joe

Warren Central traveled to Ridgeland on Thursday and came back with a win in a 6-5 victory over the Titans.

Ishmael Trujillo singled early in the game to let Connor Watkins get the first score of the night. Seth Sterling would set up the next run score for Bo Broome as WC went up 2-0.

Preston Lynch doubled midway through the game and would eventually score along with teammate Jack Wright.

Floyd Davenport sacrificed that allowed Blake Channell to score late in the game.

Ridgeland eventually made a comeback but the Vikings would sustain their lead.

Trujillo, Watkins, and Davenport each got a hit for WC.

Brooks Willoughby struck out nine in the win

St. Aloysius game:

The Flashes took a 5-1 loss to Madison St. Joe where Adam Francisco struck out eight in the loss. Trace Daily and Matthew Pitre each got a hit along with Francisco who had two.
